About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist - Outpatient for a 12-week travel assignment in Carlinville, IL. Contract Details Days - 40 hours / week Start Date: 5/18/2026 Contract: 12 weeks Location: Carlinville, IL 62626 Hourly Pay: $ 41.00 Non-taxed Stipend: $1246.00 Weekly Total Pay: $2476.00 Holiday Coverage Required: Yes EMR Used: CPSI/Evident Key Responsibilities: Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms and review their medical history and referrals from doctors or surgeons Diagnose movement dysfunction by listening to patients and observing them as they move about Develop an individualized treatment plan Coach patients and teach them therapeutic exercises and stretches to improve their condition Use hands-on therapy such as massage to ease patients’ pain and provide stimulation to promote healing Maintain patient records by tracking goals and progress while adapting treatment plans accordingly Advise patients and their families on in-home treatment options and what to expect from the recovery process Compensation: Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible) Pay package details provided upon offer

Requirements

Must have at least 1 year of experience
Must have BLS/BCLS Certification
PT License must be currently active
Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
Drug screen and background check (facility required)
Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
