About The Position
This position provides quality inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services to adult, geriatric, and select adolescent and pediatric patients by identifying patient needs and developing individualized physical therapy programs. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy --or-- Coursework/Training and Certification from a physical therapy curriculum
- Washington Physical Therapist License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
