About The Position

Our clinicians also have the opportunity to participate in Luminis Health’s Orthopedic Residency Program, gaining advanced training and mentorship in a collaborative setting. Requirements

• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
• Active or pending state physical therapist license

Nice To Haves

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings
• Interest in specialty areas such as orthopedics, pelvic health, hand, neurology, and lymphedema

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic
• Manage patient caseloads and ensure quality of care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
• Participate in the Orthopedic Residency Program as a mentor
• Support specialty therapy services based on personal interests
• Facilitate professional development and training for staff
