About The Position

At NovaCare Capitol Hill, we take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience, helping individuals return to athletics, work, daily life, and the activities they love. Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center in Washington, D.C. is actively seeking an experienced physical therapist to lead and provide outstanding patient care as an Outpatient Center Manager. This is a treating leadership role open to physical therapists with at least two years of outpatient orthopedic experience. Previous management experience is not required. Our Leadership Development Program will ensure your success. You will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team, delivering preventative and rehabilitative services that maximize functionality and promote overall well-being. Schedule: Full-time with some evenings until 6:30 PM. The last patient is scheduled one hour prior.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
• CPR Certification

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
• Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Help grow and manage our center's physician relationships and patient portfolios
• Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
• Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
