As a Physical Therapist, you will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care focused on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving overall function. Using individualized treatment plans and therapeutic exercises, you will help patients build strength, increase range of motion, enhance balance, and regain confidence in their daily activities. This role offers the opportunity to form meaningful relationships with patients and their families, where empathy, encouragement, and consistent support play a key role in successful rehabilitation. This position focuses on general orthopaedic care, including joint replacement rehabilitation, balance training, and cervical and lumbar spine treatment. It is not a sports physical therapy role. The ideal candidate is passionate about orthopedic and spine rehabilitation and holds an active physical therapy license. New graduates are welcome to apply, provided licensure is active at the time of application. This position follows a four-day workweek with one weekday off (Monday or Tuesday). Start times are flexible between 7:00–7:30 AM. Evening availability is required on Wednesdays and Thursdays, with shifts extending until 6:15 PM on Wednesdays and 7:00 PM on Thursdays. Overall work hours generally fall between 7:30 AM and 7:00 PM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or certificate
  • Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross

Responsibilities

  • Perform initial and on-going assessments of patient condition.
  • Establish, revise and evaluate a plan of care appropriate to problems identified and involve the patient/family according to their capabilities and desires.
  • Perform therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the age and condition of the patient.
  • Supervise activities of Physical Therapy Assistants, students and other support personnel.
