About The Position
Our Banner Physical Therapy therapy center in Glendale, AZ is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist with a special interest in oncology to provide exceptional patient care experiences on a full time basis. This center is a l arge multi-disciplinary clinic, primarily neuro/ortho case load with some oncology and opportunity to grow oncology caseload. Requirements
- Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
- Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certified

Responsibilities
- Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
- Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs
- Complete and maintain required trainings
- Maintain compliance with government regulations
- Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients
