About The Position

Our Banner Physical Therapy center in Payson, AZ is looking for a licensed physical therapist with a special interest in oncology to provide exceptional patient care experiences on a full time basis as part of our growing ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program. We currently have a team of 2 full-time PTs, 1 PTA and 1 OT who treat a diverse patient caseload. Caseload will be primarily orthopedics with the opportunity to work alongside the ReVital program director to grow the oncology caseload. Seize the opportunity to join our highly trained and respected ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program team, which provides rehabilitative services to help improve the quality of life for people affected by cancer. Our ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating our diverse patient population.

Requirements

• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
• Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certified

Responsibilities

• Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
• Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs
• Complete and maintain required trainings
