COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Hourly Rate: $54-120 (Rates vary based on license, service type and county) Locations: Westchester Center (Hawthorne, NY) or Homecare (Westchester or NYC) Salary positions are also available with Paid Time Off (Holiday, Sick, Vacation) Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Other Insurance for Full-Time Staff (Salary or Fee For Service) Matching 401K Retirement Program
Requirements
- NYS Licensed as a Physical Therapist
- NYS Licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant

Responsibilities
- Provide excellence in Physical Therapy services to young children with special needs and their families in home, day care, or community settings.
- Develop collaborative relationships with parents/caregivers to educate them on how to help children communicate effectively.
- Timely submission of daily session notes, progress reports, and other paperwork.
- Option to perform evaluations.
