We’re seeking a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) who is passionate about delivering high-level, evidence-based care in an outpatient setting. Physical Therapist (OCS Certified) Job Type: Full Time Salary: $80,000-90,000/ Year Clinic Location: Westlake - 4300 Westbank Dr Westlake Hills, TX 78746 Potential Sign On Bonus of up to $5,000 available! Requirements

Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Texas or currently pursuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy DPT degree
Board Certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS)

Responsibilities

Serving as a mentor to early-career therapists and students, helping translate knowledge into confident, high-quality practice.
Partner with leadership on clinical development initiatives.
Help foster a collaborative, learning-focused clinic culture.
Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
