Requirements

Audiologist (AUD)
Doctorate (Au.D.) from an accredited audiology program
Active Georgia Audiology license
Current CPR/BLS (AHA)
Occupational Therapist (OT)
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active Georgia OT license
Current CPR/BLS (AHA)
Physical Therapist (PT)
Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Active Georgia Physical Therapist license
Current CPR/BLS (AHA)
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Georgia SLP license
ASHA CCC (or eligibility)
Current CPR/BLS (AHA)

Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered therapy services in an acute and/or outpatient setting
Evaluate, treat, and document patient progress in accordance with clinical standards
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes
Maintain compliance with licensure, regulatory, and hospital requirements
Deliver high-quality care aligned with Northside Hospital values
