About The Position
As a Physical Therapist at NewYork-Presbyterian's Och Spine, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes world-class orthopedic and neurosurgical spine surgeons, neurologists, physical medicine and rehabilitation physicians, pain management specialists, radiologists, and advanced intensivists. This collaborative environment is designed to provide customized care plans for patients with various spine issues, including post-surgical and non-surgical conditions, scoliosis, and other orthopedic and musculoskeletal disorders. You will work in the outpatient physical therapy department, utilizing state-of-the-art facilities that include private, semi-private, and open gym spaces equipped with cardio and strengthening equipment to meet the diverse needs of your patients. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with spine dysfunction and other related conditions. You will develop individualized treatment plans, implement therapeutic interventions, and monitor patient progress to ensure optimal recovery outcomes. Your expertise will contribute to the overall mission of providing high-quality care and improving the quality of life for patients suffering from spine-related issues.
