About The Position

Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience to join our neonatal therapy team at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA. We provide NICU therapy services in our 20-bed Level III NICU and, as needed, for infants on the Mother-Baby unit. In our NICU, world-class care meets compassion to nurture and support our tiniest patients and their families through critical early moments. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology and staffed by highly trained specialists including 24/7 board-certified neonatologists, we are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care. We’re looking for a PT who is flexible and team oriented. If you enjoy a collaborative and impactful NICU environment and are ready to join a supportive group of professionals who enjoy working with these special newborns, we’d love to meet you. This is a hospital-based role focused on NICU care, with the potential to float to the adult Inpatient and Acute Rehab unit as desired to increase hours. We pride ourselves on providing one-on-one patient care and maintaining strong relationships with our referral sources. This site offers clinical mentorship, access to two inpatient PT/OT gyms, and the opportunity to treat a wide range of diagnoses—including orthopedics, oncology, cardiac, and stroke. As an Advanced Primary Stroke Center, we also care for patients transferred in for higher-level treatment. We’re looking for a PT who’s flexible, team-oriented, and excited to grow in their practice. If you’re curious, collaborative, and ready to join a supportive group of professionals who enjoy working—and spending time—together, we’d love to meet you.
