Requirements

• A licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
• Graduate from an accredited PT program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Exceptional patient service delivery and outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence and a desire to develop professionally.
• A passion for patient-centered care.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Gain a dedicated mentor and hands-on training to help you become a confident, well-rounded clinician.
• Treat in a rewarding setting that gives you the training, support, and mentorship to help you succeed.
• See 6-8 patients per day on average, focusing on delivering exceptional care.
• Provide high-quality, individualized treatment with 60-minute sessions and no double-booking.
• Set your own schedule with no nights or weekends required.
• Supplement your income by treating additional patients or earn bonuses by referring a classmate or colleague.
