As a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting at AdventHealth Sports Med & Rehab, you will provide professional direct and indirect services to specific age groups in the outpatient rehabilitation settings. You will engage in promoting evidence-based standards of care and lifelong learning through autonomous and collaborative participation in research, journal club/reviews, teaching/mentoring/CI, and/or clinical practice education within a peer group. You will also be responsible for determining Physical Therapy Diagnosis, establishing a plan of care, and making recommendations for referrals if treatment is needed outside of the scope of Physical Therapist practice. The role involves designing and implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient responses, and modifying treatment plans as necessary.
