They are seeking a Physical Therapist with advanced interest or training in neurological and vestibular rehabilitation to join their Bothell team. This role involves evaluating, planning, and administering targeted interventions to restore function, improve stability, reduce dizziness, and enhance overall quality of life. The therapist's clinical reasoning, movement expertise, and neurological insight will directly shape individualized care plans and long-term outcomes. Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2 years of outpatient experience.
  • Background or strong interest in neurologic or vestibular rehabilitation.
  • Experience treating concussion, balance disorders, dizziness, stroke, or other neurological diagnoses.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive neurological and vestibular evaluations, including balance testing, oculomotor assessments, and functional mobility screenings.
  • Develop individualized treatment programs addressing dizziness, gait deviations, sensory integration, and functional deficits.
  • Administer manual therapy, habituation exercises, neuromuscular re-education, canalith repositioning maneuvers, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.
  • Document findings and adapt treatment plans based on patient progress and functional goals.
  • Collaborate with referring physicians, neurologists, occupational therapists, and other interdisciplinary partners.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and strategies to support neurological recovery.
  • Maintain high clinical documentation standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to a supportive, collaborative clinic culture and assist team members as needed.
  • Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
