As an Upstream Physical Therapy Traveler, you will have the benefit of in-house support, while getting to work across a variety of brands and opportunities. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure

- Providing specialized evaluations and evidence-based treatment based on patient specific needs
