About The Position

This is a Flat Rate PRN position at Methodist & University Hospitals- Acute Care. We are looking for team members who are passionate about challenging and significant work for the good of every patient. The role involves providing physical therapy services to restore function, reduce pain, and prevent disability following disease or injury, assisting patients to reach maximum performance levels. The position includes all components of direct patient care, including supervision of physical therapist assistants, support personnel, and students. Participation in related activities in support of patient care, education, and department operations is also expected.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited academic program in physical therapy.
• If foreign trained, graduation from a physical therapy education program outside the US with educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana.
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.

Responsibilities
