Position Summary: The Physical Therapist II provides a full range of physical therapy services including evaluation, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and discharge planning. Requirements

  • Physical Therapy License or proof of eligibility from California Board of Physical Therapy
  • Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
  • Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a licensed physical therapist
  • If assigned to work with infants and children aged 0 to 21, CCS paneling/approval will be required within one year of hire if qualified for CCS paneling requirement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
  • Licenses and Certifications: Basic Life Support
