Physical Therapist II, Outpatient, Full-Time, Days/Evening Hourly Pay Range: $38.67 - $59.94 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Requirements

License: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of IL
Education: Graduation from a program in physical therapy approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of The Medical Association or the American Physical Therapy Association or its educational equivalent, or The Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association
Certification: CPR certification required
Experience: outpatient; ortho
Skills: outpatient; ortho
