FTE 0.8 Scheduled Bi-Weekly Hours 64 Work Shift Day: 8 hours Job Description Job Description Additionally, the Physical Therapist II will provide Physical Therapy services within an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices, and ethical standards. This individual will demonstrate accountability for, and contribution to, the Department’s daily operations, including fulfilling charge duties as requested Exhibit fiscal responsibility through accurate time-keeping of assigned work shifts (which includes compliance with management-designated start/end times) Participate in program development and quality improvement activities as requested by management Adhere to the Department’s established productivity standards. All responsibilities will be carried out in a manner reflective of El Camino Health’s We Care values and Medical Staff Code of Conduct and Professional Behavior. Position is enterprise wide, employees will be required to float between campuses.

Requirements

  • Completion of Accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience; if working in NICU, at least one year experience in NICU care
  • Meets Career Ladder requirements of Level II Therapist
  • Current valid California Physical Therapy license
  • Current BLS (Basic Lifesaving Certification - American Heart Association) for Healthcare Provider
  • CCS-Paneled or in process if working in NICU/OP Pediatrics

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree preferred
