About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled rehabilitation professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized rehabilitative programs aimed at improving patient mobility, relieving pain, enhancing strength, and addressing physical impairments caused by injury or illness. You will collaborate closely with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care. Your ability to build trust through thorough assessments, attentive monitoring, and clear communication will be essential to patient success. Key responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive patient evaluations and developing personalized treatment plans. Coordinating care and documenting progress accurately and efficiently. Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations to maintain patient safety and privacy. Providing clinical supervision to assistants and aides. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program OR graduate of an accredited physical therapy program that can be demonstrated with a valid PT license
  • PT-Physical Therapist
  • BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
  • 2 years of recent relevant acute care experience.
  • Critical thinking, complex problems solving, decisive judgement and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge and application of professional practice and regulatory requirements.
  • Must be able to work in demanding work environment, organize multiple priorities completing work duties within expected timelines and requirements.
  • Computer and required technology proficiency/competencies.
  • Demonstrates effective and efficient professional communication (verbal & written) skills as well as interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, teamwork/collaboration, customer service and community relations abilities.
  • Able to retain and apply new knowledge & skills.
  • Keeps abreast of professional practice development and advancement.
