We are seeking a dedicated and skilled rehabilitation professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized rehabilitative programs aimed at improving patient mobility, relieving pain, enhancing strength, and addressing physical impairments caused by injury or illness. You will collaborate closely with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care. Your ability to build trust through thorough assessments, attentive monitoring, and clear communication will be essential to patient success. Key responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive patient evaluations and developing personalized treatment plans. Coordinating care and documenting progress accurately and efficiently. Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations to maintain patient safety and privacy. Providing clinical supervision to assistants and aides.
