About The Position

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with specialized experience in ergonomic evaluations, work hardening, and workers' compensation case management. This role supports staff wellness, injury prevention, and return-to-work programs. An Orthopedic or Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential is preferred to support patient care when ergonomic/work hardening volume fluctuates.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or approved license applicants.
• BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification.
• 2 years of recent relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

• Orthopedic or Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification.
• Experience in occupational health or industrial rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ergonomic evaluations and work hardening programs.
• Manage workers' compensation cases.
• Support staff wellness and injury prevention initiatives.
