Atlantic Health System is seeking a skilled and compassionate per diem Physical Therapist for the dynamic Atlantic Visiting Nurse Dept to work 8am-4pm in Somerset County. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience - preferable homecare - as this position will treat patients in their homes independently. Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans based upon evidenced based practice. Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and fellow rehab team members. Communicate with patients and families. Is this you? Graduate of an accredited college/university with a degree in Physical Therapy. Licensed to practice in New Jersey. Caring and compassionate therapist who is willing to advocate for your patients. Strong interest in participating in department improvements and participation hospital led initiatives.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited college/university with a degree in Physical Therapy
  • Licensed to practice in New Jersey
  • Caring and compassionate therapist who is willing to advocate for your patients
  • Strong interest in participating in department improvements and participation hospital led initiatives
  • High School Diploma or GED, required
  • Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, required
  • NJ License in Physical Therapy

Nice To Haves

  • Master or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred
  • 1 year of experience in homecare, strongly preferred
  • BLS, preferred

Responsibilities
