About The Position

Atlantic Health System is seeking a skilled and compassionate Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our team in the outpatient team at our Pompton Plains campus. This position is for two days (7am-5:15pm) and two evenings (10am-8:15pm). Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and fellow rehab team members
• Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care
• Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed
• Provide interventions and patient and family education
• Document interventions and billing appropriately
• Support Lead Clinicians in competency development and implementation
• Participate in the orientation of new staff members
• Serve as a clinical instructor for students
• Exercise independent judgement of moderately complex cases with minimal to no supervision
