About The Position

The Physical Therapist assesses and treats pediatric patients referred to the Physical Therapy department. The role involves documenting patient evaluations, plans of care, progress, and discharge status. They conduct evaluations, design treatment plans, administer treatments, provide education to patients and families, and make discharge plans. The position requires thorough documentation and participation in departmental initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed in the State of Indiana as a Physical Therapist.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adjust to varying treatment loads and schedules.
• Considerable initiative, judgment, and problem-solving skills.

• Previous experience in a physical therapy clinical setting.
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
