About The Position

Atlantic Health System is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our award-winning Atlantic Rehabilitation team in Warren, NJ. This is a full time and benefitted position that will require two evenings per week until 7pm. The population we mainly serve at the Warren location is orthopedic, so if you have that experience, we welcome you to apply! Requirements

• Graduation from accredited college or university, required
• NJ license in good standing, required
• 3-5 years of outpatient orthopedic experience, preferred

Nice To Haves

• OCS/SCS preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and fellow rehab team members
• Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care
• Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed
