Key responsibilities include developing workflows, clinical protocols, or guidelines for the department. The individual will also act as a resource for the education, training, and mentoring of other staff, and as a clinical instructor for assigned students, potentially coordinating staff education and student programs. Adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures is essential to ensure patient privacy and safety while delivering optimal care.
