Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with progressive experience or Master’s degree
  • Licensed to practice as a physical therapist in the state of PA
  • Current working knowledge of conditions of participation and home healthcare experience preferred.
  • Must have current driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work site.
  • Current PA PT Licensure
  • valid driver’s license
  • minimum 1 year experience
  • good interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • ability to maintain and project a mature, professional and courteous demeanor to patients, families, and other health care professionals.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Oasis and Epic a plus
  • previous experience in Home Care Setting preferred.
