Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with progressive experience or Master’s degree
Licensed to practice as a physical therapist in the state of PA
Current working knowledge of conditions of participation and home healthcare experience preferred.
Must have current driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work site.
Current PA PT Licensure
valid driver’s license
minimum 1 year experience
good interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
ability to maintain and project a mature, professional and courteous demeanor to patients, families, and other health care professionals.
