About The Position
We are so glad you are interested in joining Sutter Health! The position is with SCAH-Sutter Care at Home - Bay. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available to external candidates in accordance with Sutter Health policy, along with excellent benefits. The primary coverage areas include San Jose, Santa Clara, and surrounding regions. The role involves assessing, planning, organizing, and participating in rehabilitative programs aimed at improving patient mobility, relieving pain, increasing strength, and correcting disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. The position requires advanced knowledge and practice level competencies, and the individual will be recognized as a clinical or workflow subject matter expert. Responsibilities include developing key workflows and clinical protocols or guidelines for the department, serving as a resource for education, training, and mentoring of other staff, and leading staff education programs while coordinating student programs. Adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures is essential to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care.
