About The Position

Providing direct patient care related to Physical Therapy, to include evaluation and treatment for therapeutic exercises and instruction in HEP. Evaluation and treatment of functional mobility, motor function, muscular strengthening, sensation, wounds, ambulation, balance, social and environmental needs.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist licensure or license eligibility with the South Carolina State Board
• Home Health experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care related to Physical Therapy
• Conducting evaluations and treatments for therapeutic exercises
• Instructing patients in Home Exercise Programs (HEP)
• Evaluating and treating functional mobility
• Assessing motor function and muscular strengthening
• Addressing sensation, wounds, ambulation, and balance
• Considering social and environmental needs of patients
