About the position
We are now hiring a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist to work in the Home Care setting in the Oakhurst, NJ area. The ideal candidate has some prior experience with the geriatric population. All caseload is billed under Medicare Part-B. New grad PTs will be considered. Flexible schedule and hours based on your needs. How many patients would you like to see each week? Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
- Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Communicate with other healthcare professionals regarding patient care.
Requirements
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Open to all experience levels, including new grads.
- Able to work full-time, part-time, or PRN hours.
- Comfortable seeing patients in their homes.
- 3 weekdays of availability are required and a minimum of 12 hours of availability per week.
