Requirements

• Graduate from a Physical Therapist program
• BLS
• Alabama Physical Therapy License
• Active Unrestricted Class D U.S. driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Doctor of physical therapy
• Considerable knowledge of staff therapist functions
• Alabama Physical Therapy license with clinical specialty
