About The Position
QUALIFICATIONS Qualified candidates must be licensed as required by the State and must meet the Federal Conditions of Participation of Home Health Agencies (USC 42 Section 1395x Health Insurance for the Aged Act). Two (2) years experience minimum. EDUCATION Education required for state licensure. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES EOE/AA M/F/D/V
