About The Position

Our team is growing, and we’re looking for top-caliber Physical Therapists to join us in Greeley and surrounding locations in CO. FOX Rehabilitation is a pioneer of Geriatric House Calls™ to older adults in their communities, providing physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism. Our therapists drive rewarding patient outcomes and facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions. We offer the flexibility to create, control, and alter your treatment schedule, and you will be part of an interdisciplinary approach by a therapy team focused on functional outcomes.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Current CPR certification

• Experience in geriatric care
• Familiarity with evidence-based rehabilitation practices
