Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform care as defined by the client's individual Plan of Care
• Monitor the patient's condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes
• Assure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws
• Counsel the client and family in related needs
• Supervise PTA's
