HTS is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our mission-driven therapy team at a continuing care senior living community in Putnam County, Indiana. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to empower residents of all care levels to live stronger, healthier, and more independent lives—all while working in a supportive, therapist-owned organization that prioritizes quality care.

Requirements

• Active Indiana Physical Therapist license or qualifications to earn Indiana license.
• Advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited program.
• Pass the state licensure exam and fulfill the state’s requirements for licensure.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Empower residents of all care levels to live stronger, healthier, and more independent lives.
• Provide care across multiple settings: short-term rehab, long-term care, outpatient, and assisted living.
• Collaborate with a dedicated nursing and interdisciplinary team focused on person-centered outcomes.
