About the position
Symbria is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our EMPLOYEE-OWNED TEAM at Victorian Village in Homer Glen, IL! As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries and improve their overall physical function. You will work closely with individuals assessing their needs and developing personalized treatment plans. Your expertise and guidance will be essential in helping patients regain mobility, increase strength, alleviate pain, and improve their quality of life. $2,000 Sign-On Bonus!
Responsibilities
- Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans.
- Supervise the Physical Therapist Assistants.
- Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
- Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community.
Requirements
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
- Hold a valid or pending state license.
- Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience is preferred but not always required.
