Requirements

• Current NY license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain license.
• Passion for serving others and making a meaningful impact in patients' lives.
• Interest in treating a wide variety of patients.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in orthopedic and pelvic floor therapy.
• Enthusiasm for continual learning and professional development.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient hospital setting.
• Manage a caseload of no more than 2 patients per hour.
• Transition from mainly orthopedic cases to full-time pelvic floor therapy as caseload increases.
• Participate in structured learning pathways to expand skills and work towards specialization.
• Engage in team-building activities to foster a supportive work environment.
