About The Position

Requirements

  • Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (required for those licensed after 2016).
  • Respective state license in Physical Therapy or Authorization to Test Letter with scheduled test within 60 days of eligibility.
  • CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Valid state driver’s license, as verified through the respective state Department of Motor vehicles driving record abstract.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate to the population served.
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members.
  • Analytical ability to evaluate patients' physical and functional status, establish therapy goals, formulate treatment plans, observe patients, and document status.

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients in the restoration of physical function through evaluation and treatment.
  • Provide coverage for adult outpatient rehabilitation services in designated communities.

Benefits

  • Expected pay for this position is $39.13 - $46.03/hour.
  • Multiple Sign On Bonus Options: $5,000 for 1 year work commitment, $10,000 for 2 year work commitment, $20,000 for 3 year work commitment.
