About The Position
Synergy Care is looking for a qualified Physical Therapist for an open position that floats between Jackson/Slaughter, LA. We are looking for someone who will provide quality patient care and be a team player. Our facilities are primarily long-term care. Relocation assistance may be available. In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist.
