Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
• Minimum 3 months of clinical experience as a licensed PT

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of patients (10-40 visits/week)
• Provide 1:1 or 2:1 patient care based on your preference
