We are hiring a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) for a 12-month residency-style position at New Jersey Doctors of Physical Therapy in Riverdale, NJ. This role is designed for both new graduates and established clinicians seeking a structured and supported transition into private practice, with a reduced patient load, one-on-one mentorship, full benefits, and free on-site housing provided. At NJDPT, we have spent over 25 years building a clinician-led private practice. This environment allows clinicians to learn not only how to treat, but how to build a successful practice, operated and sustained over time, including direct exposure to the clinical, operational, and strategic decisions that drive long-term practice success.
