About The Position

FlexStaff is seeking a Physical Therapist for our client, a physical, occupational and hand therapy provider in the Northeast. A PT Degree and a current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York is required. New grads and candidates pending their exam are welcome to apply. This is a full-time, direct hire position throughout various locations in Nassau County and Suffolk County, New York. The working hours are 7AM-3PM / 12PM-8PM rotating shifts throughout Mon-Fri, with weekend work available if interested.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Current License to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York
• New grads welcome
• Will consider candidates pending exam

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and instruction to patients.
• Communicate regularly with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
• Participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance clinical skills.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and staff members to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• Contribute to the overall success of the clinic through teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
