About The Position

As a Physical Therapist at Adena, you'll provide direct, personalized care to a diverse patient population. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (required)
  • Strong clinical skills, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to continuous growth
  • 1-2 years of direct patient care experience (preferred, but not required)
  • High moral and professional standards with a passion for patient advocacy

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy across a variety of settings
  • Document care effectively and accurately, ensuring continuity and compliance
  • Supervise and guide physical therapy assistants involved in patient care
  • Collaborate with fellow clinicians and providers to drive successful patient outcomes
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement efforts across the department and health system
  • Manage your schedule efficiently to balance quality care and productivity
