Requirements

• Graduate of a Physical Therapist Program
• Valid CT Physical Therapist License
• 3+ years of outpatient experience as a licensed PT
• Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills
• Mandatory First Aid, AED, & CPR certifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee both clinical and financial operations of the clinic
• Mentor and coach staff clinicians and support staff
• Cultivate community and referral relationships
• Drive clinic growth through marketing efforts
• Develop evidence-based, personalized treatment plans
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient progress and discharge notes
• Oversee scheduling, patient care, and team workflows
• Set and pursue professional development goals for yourself and your team
