Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible) with a passion for patient-centered care
  • Leadership-minded with the drive to mentor others and shape clinic success
  • Excited to collaborate with PT-owner leadership in an environment that supports clinical excellence

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Develop the Team – Manage hiring, onboarding, open communication, and training to ensure a motivated and high-performing team.
  • Maintain a Positive Work Environment – Build and maintain employee morale, ensuring the team is appropriately staffed and supported.
  • Drive Operational Excellence – Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, front office management, equipment maintenance, patient records, and compliance logs.
  • Achieve Clinic Success – Understand clinic performance, develop improvement plans with the practice owner, and align team performance with clinic goals.
  • Build Professional Relationships – Develop and strengthen referral relationships with physicians, workers' compensation partners, and new patient sources to support clinic growth.
  • Deliver Exceptional Patient Care – Provide comprehensive care and drive positive patient outcomes through hands-on treatment and leadership.
  • Ensure Accurate Documentation – Complete patient records and compliance documentation promptly and accurately.
