About the position
NW Sports, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist Clinic Director to join our team in Lacey, WA. This position offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $105,000 and is committed to your personal and professional growth. The role includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus, generous tuition reimbursement plans, and fully funded residency if accepted into the program. We emphasize one-to-one patient care models and provide competitive salaries with performance-based bonus incentives. Additionally, we offer top-notch mentorship and leadership training opportunities, $1500 annual continuing education dollars, and unlimited use of MedBridge. There is also a partnership with IAMT for training in Manual Therapy.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized evaluations and evidence-based treatment based on patient specific needs.
- Connect interpersonally with patients and the clinical team within the organization.
- Deliver the highest quality care and meet the standards of clinical excellence.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Current or pending state licensure.
