About The Position

An outpatient practice in Broomfield is seeking a Physical Therapist Clinic Director to lead clinic operations while continuing to provide hands-on patient care. This role is focused on keeping the clinic running smoothly, supporting the therapy team, and delivering high-quality treatment in a one-patient-per-hour setting. The Clinic Director helps balance strong care standards with strong day-to-day leadership.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain one before start
• Previous experience as a Staff PT in an outpatient physical therapy clinic
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of outpatient workflows, documentation, and compliance
• Clear communication and team leadership skills
