As we expand our model beyond Baltimore for the first time, we are seeking a passionate and driven Physical Therapist to lead our flagship clinic in the thriving Atlanta suburb of Hoschton, GA. This is a unique opportunity to build and grow a practice from the ground up, blending clinical excellence with business development in a world-class facility. The Physical Therapist - Clinic Director is a key leadership role responsible for both providing exceptional one-on-one patient care and driving the growth of our new Hoschton, GA clinic. You will act as the cornerstone of our practice in this new market, ensuring clinical excellence while taking on the vital responsibilities of marketing and business development. This role is perfect for a self-motivated PT with a proven clinical background who is ready to embrace the challenge of building a team and a business with the full support of the True Sports brand. This is an unparalleled opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art, 40,000 sq. ft. facility. You will have access to dedicated treatment rooms, a full-sized basketball court, and expansive turf and performance areas, allowing for a comprehensive and dynamic approach to rehabilitation. This is a space designed to help you and your patients achieve peak performance.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
  • Current and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Georgia, or ability to obtain one.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist, with a strong background in sports rehabilitation.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • A strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to take on business development and leadership responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized, one-on-one care to a diverse caseload of athletes and active individuals, utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve superior patient outcomes.
  • Actively market and promote the clinic within the local community, building relationships with coaches, trainers, physicians, and local sports organizations to generate new patient referrals.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring seamless patient scheduling, billing, and administrative functions.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for clinic growth, with the opportunity to expand professional responsibilities as the practice scales.
  • As the clinic grows, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring additional staff to maintain True Sports' high standards of care and service.
