About The Position

A full-time opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist Clinic Director in Broomfield. This position is a fit for a PT who enjoys both treating patients and leading a clinic team. The role focuses on clinical oversight, staff coordination, operational follow-through, and patient care in a structured outpatient environment with manageable volume.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain one before start
• Previous experience as a Staff PT in an outpatient physical therapy clinic
• Strong understanding of outpatient workflows, documentation, and compliance
• Clear communication and team leadership skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct outpatient physical therapy services
• Guide clinic staff and support daily team performance
• Oversee clinic operations and maintain an organized workflow
• Help manage staff schedules, patient flow, and service quality
• Ensure documentation meets internal and regulatory standards
• Support onboarding and training for team members
• Monitor clinic performance and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain communication with referral sources and internal leadership
• Promote a professional, efficient, and patient-focused environment
